How do I place an order with Racing Merchandise?

Do the prices On the website include VAT?

The prices on this website are exclusive of VAT which will be added when you complete the checkout process.

What are artwork origination charges?

Artwork origination is the cost of having your artwork set up for your chosen print process. Prices for this set up vary from product to product. You will usually only have to pay this charge once and repeat orders do not carry additional set up charges. The prices we charge for oorigination are the same as our suppliers charge us, we make no profit from artwork set up charges.

How do I order online?

Please select the product you would like to order complete the quantity you require and your choice of colour. Then upload the logo or message you would like printed & enter any information on the design you would like. Then add the product to your basket and complete the checkout process (No payment is required on this website). Once you have completed this you will receive an email confirmation. We will then get in touch to finalise your design requirements before emailing you an artwork proof for approval along with an invoice for you to make payment. Do not worry if you have not included all the information through the website as we will always get in touch with you to finalise your design before continuing.

If I complete the checkout process through the website am I commited to order?

No not at all, the website and checkout process were designed to give you information on our pricing and product details and for you to provide us with information on the products you are interested in so we can assist you further. Completing the checkout does not constitute an agreement to buy from us as we will always need to get in touch with you to discuss your brief and artwork requirements before presenting you with a final artowork proof and invoice.

What do I do if I have a query before I place an order?

Because of the nature of the bespoke products on this site and your artwork requirements we completely understand if you would like to speak to us to discuss your brief before placing an order. When will my order arrive?

Standard delivery is usually between 10-15 working days from reciept of payment & artwork approval but does vary on a product to product basis. Delivery is to one UK mainland address only. Express delivery is available upon request, please contact us for more information.

Do you ship worldwide?

I am interested in a particular promotional product but cannot see this on the website

The products advertised on this website although carefully selected for the horse racing industry are only a small selection of the products we have available. We have an extensive knowledge of the promotional merchandise sector so please contact us for more information.

Do you print the products yourselves?

Some of the products seen on this website are printed at our in house printing facility. The rest are printed through our specialist network of specialist trade only printing suppliers which we have built up through our extensive knowledge of promotional merchandise.

Will all my order arrive together?
Because some products are printed at different locations throughtout the UK it is completely normal for your order to arrive in a number of separate deliveries depending on the type of products ordered.ailable, please contact us for prices and details.

Are the prices on the website always accurate?

Due to supplier price fluctuations the prices stated on this website may occasionally vary slightly when an order is placed. Additional discounts are available on larger quantity orders than those advertised on the website so please contact us for more details.
Usually yes, however, some items are sent separately as they are made in different areas of our production facility and cannot be shipped together.
